If you have given consent we may also provide your information to Self-employed Personal Trainers who use the facilities of Wolfhouse Gym. These self-employed personal trainers are also obligated to keep you information safe and confidential.
We may also provide the information we collect about you to other companies, who may process the information on our behalf, including companies that assist us with:
  • Fulfilling or delivering your order
  • Storing and securing data
  • Processing payments
  • Marketing, analytics, and fraud detection activities; or
  • Customer service
We may also share the information as required or permitted by law, such as when we believe such disclosure is appropriate to cooperate with an investigation of activities claimed to be unlawful, or to protect our rights or property or those of others.

COVID-19

​Covid-19 Track & Trace - To help prevent the spread of infection around the UK we will support the NHS Track & Trace system. If requested by the NHS to provide visitor information, due to an outbreak in our gym or a member who has attended the gym, testing positive, we will supply your name, mobile, email address and time of arrival and departure for our members. This is voluntary and you are able to request to have your data excluded. Please email wolfhousegym@gmail.com if you wish to be excluded from NHS Track and Trace system.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

​We only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is provided or because we are legally required to do so.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

​We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to help us protect your personal information. For example, we use a third party payment processing using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card information when you purchase products through our website. When you establish a Club right account, you choose a password to help protect your account information. You should select a strong password and keep it safe.

Managing Your Permissions & CCTV

1. For the safety and security of you, our other members and our staff, and for associated purposes of crime prevention and detection, we operate 24-hour CCTV security at our gym. The images will be captured, processed and retained in accordance with this Privacy, CCTV & Cookie policy, which is also available at https://www.wolfhousegym.co.uk. Access to such footage will also be governed by the provisions of that policy, access will only be granted to authorised staff of the company and only for safety and security reasons. We may allow police and associated personnel access but only in the event of a security issue.
2. We will securely store personal data including membership information and recorded CCTV footage in accordance with our privacy policy.
3. We will only retain the CCTV images for a maximum of 31 days, but in the case of an ongoing police investigation, we may retain it for as long as that investigation continues.
