About Online Coaching
Online coaching allows you to have bespoke, tailored workouts created specifically for you and made available via an easy to use app. It is the perfect way to progress your strength and fitness with the guidance of a qualified coach.
How it works:
When you sign up for Online Training with Wolfhouse Gym, you will be given a link to create your very own account on “True Coach”. True Coach is our chosen online coaching software which can be accessed on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop. You will receive workouts every week including demo videos, instant chat, feedback and a way to log your progress online. |
Whether you're a full time gym addict or beginning body weight exercise workouts in your living room for the first time; online coaching sessions can be programmed to suit any exercise facility that you use.
Payment for an online coaching plan is setup via direct debit. Payments are taken via direct debit, once every four weeks, on the first Monday of a four week block. Once your first four week block is complete, you're welcome to cancel or freeze your online coaching plan as you wish.
